Before joining Accel Partners, Mahendran was a partner at Erasmic Venture Fund. At Accel he focusses on Healthcare-Biotechnology, KPO and Retail. Mahendran serves on the boards of Position2, Dovetail, Inbiopro, Sconce and Mitra Biotech.

Prior to Erasmic he was Country General Manager of Apple Computers India and Saarc Chief Operating Officer of CoSystems, a Telecom and Datacom Company General Manager of Tektronix India. Mahendran holds a MBA degree from IIM Bangalore and a B.Tech degree from REC Warangal.

Song Hoi See

Song Hoi See is a well respected man in the hospitality and travel industry. He founded the worlds first pay-in lounge, Plaza Premium Lounge, and today there are over 90 locations in 24 international airports.

In addition, he has also extended his portfolio of airport value added services to offer transit hotel, meet and greet service, limousine, business and conference centres, restaurants, members club and hair and beauty spa and salon. He is an investor in Vinculum Group.

Ashish Wadhwani

Ashish Wadhwani is the Managing Partner at IvyCap Ventures. He has over 19 years of experience in Venture Capital, M&A, Strategic Consulting and Start-ups. During his career, Ashish has led and managed investments of over US$100Mn and has led strategic sales and also a NASDAQ listing of a USD 50m company. In addition, he has also worked on about 15 M&A transactions.Ashish has worked with companies across the investment lifecycle, from incubation to exit. During his career, he advised over 40 companies on business strategy, growth, implementing new business models, mergers and acquisitions across Asia, India and Europe.

Ashish is a regular speaker and author on thought leadership topics. He holds a post-graduate diploma in management from the IIM Ahmedabad, and a B.Tech. degree from the IIT Delhi.

Hasham Muhammed

Hasham Muhammed, Head – Human Resources, brings in rich experience in diverse roles of HR function. As a talent management expert, he has successfully conceptualized, developed and implemented innovative talent management and leadership development interventions in organizations.

Prior to Vinculum, Hasham has been a part of the corporate strategy group at Mahindra Satyam, where he successfully established the innovation management program. He was also associated with FactSet Research Systems, Sony Electronics and Hay Group. Hasham is an MBA from S P Jain School of Global Management and also is an expert in Innovation management and creative thinking.
